Partners In Crime Studios is a Halo 2/3 Machinima Company that has been creating machinima since 2004.
An Organization set up to train future Spartan Generations. The Spartan Referee Organization teaches Spartan Recruits combat practices and strategy. Before Each Spartan can graduate they must past a challenge match against another Spartan or Spartan team. To make sure the match is fair one Spartan Referee Team watches over the battle and sets down the rules. The Spartan Referee Organization is lead by the Commander and his second in command, Lieutenant. The teams under them are team Alpha (Histon and Quened), Bravo (New Death and Tecker 8) and Team Zulu (Damone and Reburst).
